**INSTRUCTIONS FOR PURCHASING SEASON TICKETS / MATCH TICKETS**

1. If you are already registered in the Ticket System, you can log in by entering your email and password.

2. If you are not registered in the Ticket System, you must first complete the Registration (Register) by filling out the Application form with all your details. By clicking "Submit," you will be automatically logged into the Ticket System.

**Renewing a Season Ticket:**

• After logging into the Ticket System, select "Season Tickets."
• Two options will appear; choose "Renew Season Ticket."
• The page for entering Season Ticket details will appear with the following options:
• 1. Barcode (ten-digit number from the previous year)
• 2. KOA Number (for children's season tickets, enter 0)
• Once all fields are correctly filled, click "Submit" to display the holder's details. Clicking "Submit" again will add the renewed Season Ticket to your cart.
• You can repeat this process to renew additional Season Tickets, with a maximum of 6 Season Tickets per purchase.
• Click "Continue" to view your Shopping Cart. You can delete items in your cart or specific Season Tickets if desired.
• By clicking "Complete Purchase," the buyer's details will appear with the option for "Pick up from PAFOS FC Shop" or "Delivery by Courier" for all Season Tickets in the cart. Courier charge is €3 per purchase, not per season ticket.
• You must accept the "Terms of Use" and then select "Payment." There is an additional €5 processing fee per season ticket.
• You will be redirected to the payment provider's website for payment (you may need to register for the Safe@Web service offered by Banks). Once you correctly enter your bank card details, you will receive a confirmation email with the transaction invoice number, and you will follow the steps depending on the delivery method chosen. Your purchase will appear in your Bank statement as 'tickets.pafosfc.com.cy.'

**Purchasing a New Season Ticket:**

• After logging into the Ticket System, select "Season Tickets."
• Two options will appear; choose "Purchase Season Ticket."
• The Stadium will appear, and you can select the section you are interested in.
• Once you select the section, you must first specify the category of the Season Ticket for each seat chosen and then proceed to "Add to cart." The maximum number of 6 Season Tickets per purchase applies both from the same and different sections. Switching from section to section requires the "add to cart" selection.
• Click "Continue" to enter the holder's details corresponding to each seat. After filling in all the details for each holder, click "Submit." Each season ticket must correspond to a separate identity.
• Click "Continue" to view your Shopping Cart. You can delete items in your cart or specific Season Tickets if desired.
• By clicking "Complete Purchase," the buyer's details will appear with the option for "Pick up from PAFOS FC Shop" or "Delivery by Courier" for all tickets in the cart. Courier charge is €3 per purchase, not per season ticket.
